The staff there were amicable and affable. The location of the hotel was incredible, with everything necessary for a lovely stay. And it was also close enough to the ferry terminal at all hours in particular between 5am and the ferry and town and Picton, shops and restaurants

The overall experience was such wonderful, enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again. Everything was EXCELLENT, including outstandingly accommodating staff. The location was marvellous for traveling around Picton, adjacent to the ferry and town, good, and the ferry terminal at all hours in particular between 5am and 7am. Luckily it was close to Gusto, had pastries there when it was hot outside.

Beautiful and fabulous hotel, we liked it.
The staff was very welcoming and we would consider staying here again. Our room was big, with an iron with ironing board, coffee and tea making equipment, and multi-channel television...

Spacious garden perfect for my boat and car, fancy furniture and linens, terrace and garden , close to Picton Foreshore and Kaipupu Wildlife Sanctuary , microwave and picnic area.
Such a shame I couldn't use the big living room and kitchen facilities. Traffic noise is a lovely lullaby.

Our thanksgiving stay was amazing! the rooms were so clean and cozy, and the host was incredibly friendly! We loved exploring the area and appreciated the key location of the hotel as it made things so convenient for us. Plus, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that we could cook our meals in a well-equipped kitchen, which saved us some money and made us feel like we were at home.
The walls seemed to be a bit thin, as we could hear some outside noise which made it hard to sleep at times. the check-in process was slightly odd, as we were not given a key and the hotel was unlocked and empty upon our arrival.

The accommodations were fantastic! The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for my business trip. The hotel is conveniently located near the town and transport links, which made it easy for me to get around. I especially enjoyed the free Wi-Fi, which kept me connected with my work and family.
The noise from the street traffic. However, the comfortable bed helped me sleep soundly despite the noise.
